1Co. 13:1~4 「 If I speak in the tongues[a] of men or of angels, but do not have love, I am only a resounding gong or a clanging cymbal. If I have the gift of prophecy and can fathom all mysteries and all knowledge, and if I have a faith that can move mountains, but do not have love, I am nothing. If I give all I possess to the poor and give over my body to hardship that I may boast,[b] but do not have love, I gain nothing. 」
Love is impossible to be emphasized to Christians. It's because Elohim God is Love. Christ Ahnsahnghong and God the Mother sacrificed Him/Herself in the refuge of soul.
Who want to come the refuge for other person.
We received boundless love from God, then we should share that.

Around year-end and New Year, large-scale events such as bazaar and concert for the neglected neighbors are held successively. Among them, there are people who help our neighbors with love and heartfelt care.
It is the members of the
World Mission Society Church of God (General Pastor Kim Joo-Cheol) that
help neighbors in need spend winter warmly throughout the country.
The Church of God members in Pyeongtaek, Gyeonggi Province,
donated electric pads for our neighbors in financial difficulty on January 3. The members said it was to commemorate the 94th anniversary of the sacred birth of Christ
Ahnsahnghong.
Kim Han-jin, the pastor of the Church of God in Pyeongtaek said, “Not only in Pyeongtaek but
every place in Korea and in the whole world, the Church of God is sharing love before and after the birthday of
Christ Ahnsahnghong which fell on Dec. 25, 2011(Dec. 1 by the lunar calendar). We wish our neighbors, who are living tough lives in poor environment, to spend a warm winter in the love of God.”
And he added, “We hope that not only material aid but also God’s love toward humankind and the new covenant, which is the truth of salvation, will be delivered to them.”
This day, the pastoral staff and the members of the Church of God visited the City Hall of Pyeongtaek and donated 50 electric pads to Mayor Kim Seon-gi, and asked him to deliver them to neighbors in need such as social security recipients. Kim Seon-gi, the mayor of Pyeongtaek city, thanked them and said,
“I truly give thanks to you for paying much attention to our neighbors in need with God’s love even, in this financially difficult time.” Additionally, he encouraged them, saying,
“I think the Church of God will be prosperous day after day by practicing such devotional love.”
The Church of God believes both God the Father and God the Mother on the basis of the teachings of the Bible. It is well known as the church that practices Christ’s love through
various volunteer activities such as helping neighbors in need, disaster recovery work, consolatory activities, environmental clean-up, etc. Above all else, they try to spread the truth about God the Mother, who is the reality of life and love, and Her love.
Presently, there are
2,200 Churches in
150 countries and the number of registered member is over 1,630,000, which is the biggest size in Korea as a unitary church. Recently, they helped the flood and Earthquake victims in Thailand and Turkey by holding the Messiah Orchestra Tour Concert.
